First time skaters, as well as those with hockey or figure skating experience, from the young (19, 29, 39...70 years) to the younger (5, 10...18 years) are trying speed skating and loving it!

BOSS boasts excellent coaches, friendly, caring and committed organizing members, and happy skaters of all ages and abilities: beginners, recreational kids and adults, Special O, competitive, and fiercely competitive who thrill us all with their nerves of steel and electirfying speeds. Currently two former BOSS members are on the Canadian National Short Track Speed Skating Team, and our home team continues to represent us well at regional, Provincial, Canadian, and North American competitions.
